This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work placement, leadership
and work motivation on improving employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of
the Selayar Islands Regency.
The method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The data used are
primary data and secondary data generated from distributing questionnaires and
documentation studies. The analytical tool used is statistical analysis with multiple linear
regression analysis method with proof of the hypothesis through the t-test to prove the
relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable partially and
the F-test to prove the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent
variable simultaneously.
This study shows a positive and partially significant effect between the variables
of placement, leadership and work motivation toward the performance of the employees
of the Regional Secretariat of the Selayar Islands Regency. This study also shows that
there is a positive and significant effect between the variables of Placement, Leadership
and Work Motivation simultaneously toward the Employee Performance of the Regional
Secretariat of the Selayar Islands Regency. Leadership is the most dominant variable
affects the Employee Performance of the Regional Secretariat of the Selayar Islands
Regency.
