Abstract
Amelinda Irma Rosanna. 2023. The Influence of Motivation, Competence and
Work Environment on the Performance of Somba Opu Vocational High School
Teachers, Gowa Regency, supervised by Andi Ririn Oktaviani and Sylvia Sjarlis.
This study aims to determine and analyze (1) The influence of motivation,
competence, and work environment on teacher performance at SMKT Somba Opu,
Gowa Regency.
This research is categorized as survey research. Data collection techniques
through questionnaires using a Likert scale. The population in this study amounted
to 50 people. The sample of this research is the total sample, namely the entire
population of 50 people.
The results show that (1) There was a partial positive and significant effect
of motivation on teacher performance at the Somba Opu Vocational High School,
Gowa Regency (2) There was a positive and significant effect of competence
partially on the performance of Somba Opu Vocational High School teachers, Gowa
Regency (3) There was no positive and significant influence significant work
environment partially on the performance of Somba Opu SMKT teachers, Gowa
Regency (4) There is a simultaneous influence of motivation and competence on the
performance of Somba Opu SMKT teachers, Gowa Regency, while the work
environment has no effect on the performance of Somba Opu SMKT teachers, Gowa
Regency.
