This study aims to analyze (1) The influence of variables between the variables
ofleadership, work environment, and workload on the performance of the PNS
Inspectorateof West Sulawesi Province. (2) The influence of leadership, work
environment, andworkload simultaneously on the performance of the PNS Inspectorate of
West SulawesiProvince (3) The influence of the work environment as the most dominant
variableinfluencing the performance of the PNS Inspectorate of West Sulawesi Province.
This research approach is quantitative. The sample selection in this study
wascarried out using a saturated sampling method with a sample of 77 civil servants.
Theanalysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.
The results show that (1) There was no significant influence between
leadershipon the performance of the PNS Inspectorate of West Sulawesi Province. (2)
There was apositive and significant influence between the work environment on the
performance ofthe PNS Inspectorate of West Sulawesi Province. (3) There was a positive
and significantinfluence between Workload on the performance of the PNS Inspectorate
of WestSulawesi Province. (4) There was a positive and significant influence between
leadership,work environment, and workload simultaneously on the performance of the
PNSInspectorate of West Sulawesi Province. (5) The work environment variable is
thevariable that most dominantly influences the performance of the PNS Inspectorate
ofWestSulawesi Province
