PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN, PELATIHAN DAN PENGALAMAN KERJA TERHADAP KOMPETENSI PEGAWAI PADA BAGIAN UMUM SEKRETARIAT DAERAH KABUPATEN PINRANG

This study aims to analyze the effect of education,training, and work experience toward the competencies of employees at the General Section of the Regional Secretariat in Pinrang Regency.
This study was a survey study. The study was processed at the General Section of the Regional Secretariat in Pinrang Regency within 3 months. The population in this study included all employees at the General Section of the Regional Secretariat in Pinrang Regency with 40 people. The sample was determined by a saturated sampling technique (census) in which all populations were sampled as many as 40 employees. Analysis of the data used was multiple regression analysis.
The results show that education, training, and work experience affect the competence of employees at the General Section of the Regional Secretariat in Pinrang Regency.
