This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, work motivation,
and physical work environment partially and simultaneously on employee performance at
the Lau District Office, Maros Regency.
The population in this study was all employees of the Lau District Office, Maros
Regency, totaling 54 people. The sample was determined using a saturated sampling
technique (census). So the number of samples used in this research was 54 respondents.
The data collection technique was carried out through a questionnaire/questionnaire
using a Likert Scale.
The results show that (1) Partially, the variables of leadership style, work
motivation, and physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on
employee performance. (2) Simultaneously, the variables of leadership style, work
motivation, and physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on
employee performance at the Lau District office, Maros Regency.
