PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI SIPENJAGA APBD, KETERSEDIAAN ANGGARAN DAN KOMPETENSI PEGAWAI TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS PERHITUNGAN GAJI BULANAN PEGAWAI PADA OPD PROVINSI SULAWESI BARAT

This study aims to determine (1) The influence of using the Sipenjaga APBD
application on the effectiveness of calculating employee monthly salaries. (2) The
influence of budget availability on the effectiveness of calculating employee monthly
salaries. (3) The influence of employee competence on the effectiveness of calculating
employee monthly salaries. (4) The influence of using the Sipenjaga APBD application,
budget availability, and employee competence simultaneously on the effectiveness of
calculating employee monthly salaries. (5) The variable that has the most dominant
influence on the effectiveness of calculating employee monthly salaries in the OPD of
West Sulawesi Province.
This research approach is quantitative. The sample selection in this study was
carried out using a saturated sampling method with a sample of 74 people. The analysis
technique used is Multiple Linear Regression analysis.
The results show that (1) There is a positive and significant influence between the
use of the Sipenjaga APBD application on the effectiveness of calculating employee
monthly salaries in OPD of West Sulawesi Province. (2) There is a positive and
significant influence between the availability of the budget on the effectiveness of
calculating employee monthly salaries. (3) There is a positive and significant influence
between employee competence on the effectiveness of calculating employee monthly
salaries. (4) There is a positive and significant influence between the use of the Sipenjaga
APBD application, budget availability, and employee competency simultaneously on the
effectiveness of calculating employee monthly salaries. (5) The variable availability of
the budget is the variable that has the most dominant influence on the effectiveness of
calculating employee monthly salaries in the OPD of West Sulawesi Province.
