This study aims to determine (1) The influence of training, career development, and work discipline partially on the performance of employees of the Water Resources Management
Office in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. (2) The influence of career development, career development, and work discipline simultaneously on the performance of staff at the Water
Resources Management Office in Sidenreng Rappang Regency.
This research uses quantitative methods. This study distributed questionnaires to 48 respondents. The method used is a quantitative method.
The results show that (1) Partially the training variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the career development variable had a negative effect on employee performance variables, while the third variable work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the District Water Resources Management Office.Sidenreng Rappang. (2) Simultaneously the variables of training, career development, and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Water Resources Management Office of Sidenreng Rappang Regency.
