The study aimed to identify and analyze the influence of competence, budget, and infrastructure on the implementation of the supervisory function of the DPRD in the Maros
Regency. The research design uses survey research that takes samples from one population and uses a questionnaire as the main data collection tool.
The research was conducted at the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council of Maros Regency. The population is all DPRD members and DPRD Secretariat
employees as a sample of 48 people which includes 20 DPRD members and 28 DPRD secretariat in Maros Regency. Sampling in this study was carried out using the Saturated Sampling technique (census). Where all populations were used as samples so that the samples used in this study were as many as 48 DPRD members and employees of the DPRD Secretariat
of Maros Regency. The data analysis used is multiple regression analysis (multiple regression analysis).
The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence of competence, budget, and infrastructure on the implementation of the supervisory function of the DPRD in the Maros Regency.
