A. Arianto. 2023. The Influence of Organizational Climate, Work Environment, and Job Satisfaction on the Performance of Civil Servant Financial Institutions and Regional Assets
in Sidenreng Rappang Regency, supervised by Azlan Ashari and Maryadi.
This study aims to determine (1) The partial influence of Organizational Climate,work environment, and job satisfaction variables on the performance of civil servants. (2)The influence of organizational climate, work environment, and job satisfaction simultaneously on civil servant performance. (3) The variable that has the most dominant effect on the performance of Civil Servants of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency in Sidenreng Rappang Regency.
This research approach is quantitative. The selection of the sample in this study was carried out using the saturated sampling method, namely by determining the entire population as a total sample of 60 civil servants. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.
The results show that (1) There is a positive and significant influence between organizational climate, work environment, and job satisfaction partially on the
performance of civil servants. (2) There is a positive and significant influence between organizational climate, work environment, and job satisfaction simultaneously on civil
servant performance. (3) The work environment variable is the variable that has the most dominant influence on the performance of Civil Servant Financial Institutions and
Regional Assets in Sidenreng Rappang Regency.
