Abstract
Ardini. 2024. The Influence of Leadership Style and Motivation on Employee
Performance at PT. Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional (BTPN) KC Makassar,
supervised by Nurlaelaand Un Dini Imran.
This study aims to analyze (1) The influence of leadership style on
performance. (2) The influence of motivation on employee performance. (3) The
influence of leadership style and motivation on employee performance at PT.
Bank BTPN KC Makassar.
This research uses a quantitative method. The study was conducted on
employees of Bank BTPN KC Makassar from May to June 2024. The population
of the study consists of 85 employees of Bank BTPN KC Makassar. The sample
selection in this study was done using the saturation sampling method, where
all 85 employees were included as the total sample. The data analysis technique
used was multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study show that (1) Partially, the Leadership Style
variable has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. (2)
Partially, the Motivation variable has a positive and significant influence on
employee performance. (3) Leadership Style and Motivation have a positive and
significant influence partially on the performance of employees at Bank BTPN
KC Makassar.
