Abstract

Rachmi Nurdin. 2020. The Effect of Competence, Leadership, Organizational Culture,and Motivation Toward Employee Performance at the Regional Secretariat of Parepare, supervised by Ahmad Firman and H. Mukhtar Hamzah.
This study aims to (1) analyze and prove wether competence, leadership, organizational culture, and work motivation have a partial and simultaneous effect toward employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Parepare (2) the most dominant variable affecting the performance of employees at the Regional Secretariat of Parepare.
This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population of this study is 105 employees of the Regional Secretariat of Parepare.
The number of samples of this study is 30 with random sampling techniques. Data analysis uses multiple regression analysis. The results showed that (1) F test or simultaneous testing showed Fcount of 34, 345 was greater than Ftable = 2.70. The analysis showed that the independent variable (X) of competency, leadership, organizational culture
and motivation factors simultaneously had a significant effect toward employee performance at the Regional
Secretariat of Parepare. Partially the overall
variables affect the performance of employees at the Regional Secretariat of Parepare (2) organizational culture (X3) is the dominant variable affecting the performance of employees in the Regional Secretariat of the Municipality of Parepare.
