Abstract

Nadaria. 2020. The Effect of Work Motivation, Organizational Culture, and Work Environment toward the Employee Performance at the Population Control, Family Planning, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Office in Pinrang Regency, supervised by Muhammad Idris and Herry Sugeng Waluyo.
This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of work motivation, organizational culture, and work environment partially and simultaneously (2) the most dominant variable affects the employee performance at the Population Control, Family Planning, Women's Empowerment, and Child Protection Office.
This study was conducted at the Population Control, Family
Planning, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Office in Pinrang Regency from October to November 2019. This study used a survey method.
The population in this study were all employees at the Population Control, Family Planning, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Office in Pinrang Regency with 75 people. Sampling of this study was implemented using a saturated sampling technique (census), so that the sample used in this
study were 75 employees at the Population Control, Family Planning, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Office in Pinrang Regency. The data analysis used was multiple regression analysis.
The results show that (1) work motivation, organizational culture, and work environment partially and simultaneously affects the employee performance (2) the work environment is the most dominant variable affects the employee performance at the Population Control, Family Planning, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Office in Pinrang Regency.
