Abstract

Musriadi.2020 The theory used in this research is the theory of human resources which is related to the theory of training and human resource development and the theory of compensation and the theory of employee performance. The research method used a survey approach, and the type of research was descriptive quantitative. The nature of research is an explanation. The number of samples used
consisted of 60 employees of the Transportation Office of Pinrang Regency. The data analysis model used to answer the first, second and third hypothesis is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using the 95% confidence level. The conclusion of this study is: The level of influence which is very significant has the meaning that employees can improve their performance after receiving the Training and Development organized by the Service. In addition, the compensation provided by the Service can also provide support to employees to improve performance.
