PENGARUH SERVANT LEADERSHIP STYLE, BUDAYA ORGANISASI, DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL TERHADAP PENINGKATAN KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA UPT SMK NEGERI 1 GOWA

This study aims to determine (1) The partial influence of servant leadership style,
organizational culture, and organizational commitment on improving employee
performance. (2) The simultaneous influence of servant leadership style, organizational
culture, and organizational commitment on improving employee performance. (3) The
most dominant variable influencing the improvement of employee performance at UPT
SMK Negeri 1 Gowa.
The research sample consisted of 50 respondents, namely employees of SMK
Negeri 1 Gowa. The analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression with
data collection methods using a questionnaire with a Likert scale.
The results of the study show that (1) Servant leadership style and organizational
culture do not partially influence the improvement of employee performance, while
organizational commitment partially influences the improvement of employee
performance. (2) Servant leadership style, organizational culture, and organizational
commitment simultaneously have a positive effect on improving employee performance.
(3) Organizational commitment is the most dominant variable influencing the
improvement of employee performance at UPT SMK Negeri 1 Gowa.
