This research aims to: (1) Find out the partial influence of work balance and job satisfaction on employee performance at CV.Andalan Inti Utama. (2) Knowing the effect of work balance and job satisfaction simultaneously on employee performance at CV. Andalan Inti Utama. (3) Knowing the most
dominant variables influencing employee performance at CV. Andalan Inti Utama. The sample in this study was 65 people using a total sampling technique.
This research uses multiple linear regression analysis methods with the help of SPSS Version 22. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis methods which are preceded by classical assumption tests consisting of normality tests, multicollinearity tests and heteroscedasticity tests. Next is the t test (partial), F test (simultaneous) and coefficient of determination test (R2).
The research results show that (1) Work balance and job satisfaction partially influence employee performance at CV. Main Core Mainstay Makassar.
(2) Work balance and job satisfaction simultaneously influence employee performance at CV. Main Core Mainstay Makassar. The results of the coefficient of determination test (R2) were 73.4% of employee performance at CV. Andalan
Inti Utama Makassar is influenced by work balance and job satisfaction. Meanwhile, the remaining 26.6% was influenced by other variables not examined in this research. (3) Job satisfaction is the dominant variable influencing employee
performance at CV. Main Core Mainstay Makassar.
