Abstract

Nurul Arfianti. 2024. The Influence of Incentives and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Syngenta Indonesia, supervised by Fitriani Latief and Faisal Rizal.
This study aims to analyze (1) The partial influence of providing incentives and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Syngenta Indonesia. (2) The simultaneous influence of providing incentives and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Syngenta Indonesia. (3) The more dominant variable affecting employee performance at PT. Syngenta Indonesia.
The research method used is a quantitative method with the research location at PT. Syngenta Indonesia. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula, with a sample of 85 individuals. Data collection was done through questionnaires and direct analysis.
The results of the study show that (1) Providing incentives has a positive and significant partial influence on employee performance at PT. Syngenta Indonesia. (2) Work motivation has a positive and significant simultaneous influence on employee performance. (3) Motivation is the most dominant variable affecting employee performance at PT. Syngenta Indonesia.
