Abstract
Muh Ishar. 2024. The Influence of Work Environment and Work Discipline on Job Satisfaction of Employees at Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Main Branch Office Makassar, supervised by Fitriani Latief and Shandra Bahasoan.
This study aims to determine (1) The partial influence of work environment and work discipline on job satisfaction of BNI employees at the main branch office Makassar (2) The simultaneous influence of work environment and work discipline on job satisfaction of BNI employees at the main branch office Makassar. (3) The most dominant variable influencing job satisfaction of BNI employees at the main branch office Makassar
This study used a quantitative method. The sample of this study consisted of 30 employees of Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk main branch office Makassar. This study used multiple linear regression analysis with data collection using a Likert scale questionnaire.
The results of the study show that (1) Work environment and work discipline partially and significantly influence the job satisfaction of BNI employees at the main branch office Makassar (2) Work environment and work discipline simultaneously and significantly influence the job satisfaction of BNI employees at the main branch office Makassar. (3) The most dominant variable influencing job satisfaction of BNI employees at the main branch office Makassar is the work environment.
