This study aims to determine the effectiveness and efficiency, benefits and difficulties encountered, and provide solutions to these problems.
This study uses interviews and documentation from employees of PT. ASDP Balikpapan Branch.
The results show that from the interviews, the two resource persons, namely the employees and managers, gave overall information that the FIDIAS application was very beneficial for the company because the application was effective and
efficient. While at the time of documentation, there were several difficulties faced by this company, namely obstacles on the part of vendors, some of them did not use VPayment and there was no announcement when maintenance would be implemented by the head office. Overall, this application makes it easier for users to contract work from the previous process.
