Abstract
Firmansya Arif. 2024. The Influence of Career Development and Organizational Culture on Emplovee Performance at PT. Bank Sulselbar Branch Bantoeng, supervised by Mariah and Ali Murdhani.
This study aims to determine (1) The partial influence of career development and organizational culture on employee performance. (2) The simultaneous influence of career development and organizational culture on employee performance (3) To determine the most dominant variable that affects employee performance at PT Bank Sulselbar Branch Bantaeng This research was conducted at PT. Bank Sulselbar Branch Bantaeng. The population in this study consists of all employees at PT Bank Sulselbar with a sample size of 36 people The type of data used is quantitative.
The results of this study show that (1) Career development and organizational culture have a partial influence on employee performance. (2) Career development and organizational culture have a simultaneous influence on employee performance. (3) The career development variable has a dominant influence on employee performance at PT Bank Sulselbar Branch Bantaeng
