ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR MOTIVASI TENAGA KESEHATAN TERHADAP KUALITAS PELAYANAN KESEHATAN DI PUSKESMAS TINAMBUNG KABUPATEN POLEWALI MANDAR PROVINSI SULAWESI BARAT

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the Needs: Achievement,Power, and Affiliation, for the Quality of Health Services in the Tinambung Community Health Center, Polewali Mandar Regency, West Sulawesi Province.
This study uses a quantitative approach . Source of data used in research is primary data, with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires and literature
studies. The sample in this study were 34 respondents using Multiple Linear regression analysis. The data processing uses the SPSS for Windows Version 25 software application.
The results showed that the need variables: achievement, power and affiliation simultaneously had a significant effect on the quality of health services which can be seen from the results of the F test, where F counted 17.548> F table 2.91 so that at a significant level 0.000 <from a significant level of 0.05 and R square value of 0.637.
Partially the need for achievement variable did not significantly influence the quality of health services by 0.175. While the variable need for power has a significant effect on the quality of health services by 0.014 and the variable needs of affiliates has a significant effect on the quality of health services by 0,000.
