This research aims to analyze (1) The partial influence of product quality variables on The Originote customer satisfaction at Indo'Gaya Cosmetics Kolonodale. (2) Partial influence of price variables on The Originote customer
satisfaction at Indo'Gaya Cosmetics Kolonodale. (3) The simultaneous influence of product quality and price variables simultaneously influences The Originote
Customer Satisfaction at Indo'Gaya Cosmetics Kolonodale.
The sample for this research was 99 respondents who were customers of The Originote at Indo'Gaya Cosmetics. This research used a multiple linear regression analysis method with data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert
scale.
The research results show that (1) Partially, product quality variables have a positive and significant effect on The Originote customer satisfaction at Indo'Gaya Kosmetik Kolonodale. (2) Partially, the price variable has a positive
and significant effect on The Originote customersatisfaction at Indo'Gaya Cosmetics Kolonodale. (3) Simultaneously the product quality and price variables have a positive and significant effect on The Originote Customer Satisfaction at
Indo'Gaya Cosmetics Kolonodale.
