This study aims to analyze (1) The partial influence of competence and work environment on employee performance at PT. Nasional Inspeksi Instalasi Rumah (NASIIRA) Area Makassar. (2) The simultaneous influence of competence
and work environment on employee performance at PT. Nasional Inspeksi Instalasi Rumah (NASIIRA) Area Makassar. (3) The most dominant variable affecting employee performance at PT. Nasional Inspeksi Instalasi Rumah (NASIIRA) Area Makassar.
This research uses a quantitative method. The research sample consisted of 32 permanent employees of PT. Nasional Inspeksi Instalasi Rumah (NASIIRA) Area Makassar. The research used multiple linear regression analysis method with data collection using a Likert scale questionnaire.
The research results show that (1) Competence and work environment partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) Competence and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) The competence variable is the most dominant variable affecting employee performance at PT. Nasional Inspeksi Instalasi Rumah (NASIIRA) Area Makassar.
