Abstract
Alicia Indah Ardini. 2024. The Influence of Recruitment, Selection, and Job Placement on Employee Performance at PT PLN (Persero) Sulselrabar Regional Main Unit, supervised by Mariah and Yuswari Nur.
This study aims to analyze (1) The partial influence of recruitment, selection, and jab placement on employee performance (2) The simultaneous influence of recruitment, selection, and job placement an employee performance. (3) The most influential variable on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Sulselrabar Regional Main Unit
The research sample consisted of 55 respondents who are employees of PT PLN (Persero) Sulselrabar Regional Main Unit. The research used multiple linear regression analysis method with data collection using a Likert scale questionnaire.
The research results show that (1) Partially, recruitment, selection, and job placement variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) Sulselrobar Regional Main Unit. (2) Simultaneously, recruitment, selection, and job placement variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) Sulselrabar Regional Main Unit. (3) Job placement variable is the most dominant variable that significantly affects employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) Sulselrabar Regional Main Unit.
