This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of discipline on employees in the in Secretariat of DPRD Regency of Bulukumba (2) the influence of motivation on the influence of motivation on the work performance of ASN in Secretariat of
DPRD Regency of Bulukumba (3) the effect of discipline and motivation together on the work performance of ASN in Secretariat of DPRD Regency of Bulukumba. The type of research used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. This research was conducted at Secretariat of DPRD Regency of Bulukumba, in August 2020. The population in this study were civil servants who served in Secretariat of DPRD Regency of Bulukumba, totaling 46 people who were sampled. Hypothesis testing using simultaneous test (F test) and partial test T).
The results showed that (1) work discipline (X1) has an effect on work performance (Y) with a T-statistic results of 1.348 and a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. (2) Work motivation (X2) has an effect on work performance (Y) with T-statistic results of 11.294 and a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. The simultaneous statistical test results that discipline (X1) and motivation (X2) has an effect on job performance (Y) with a F-statistic result of 63.795 and a
probability of 0.000 <0.005.
