This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of transformational leadership, work facilities, job satisfaction partially and simultaneously toward employee performance at the Library and Archives Office of Pinrang Regency (2) the most dominant variable affects the employee performance at the Library and Archives Office of Pinrang Regency.This type of study was a survey study that conducted at the Library and Archives Office in Pinrang Regency from November to December 2019. This study used a survey method. The population in this study were employees at the Library and Archives Office in Pinrang Regency. Sample determination was determined by a saturated sampling technique or census, where the entire population was being sampled. The sample used in this study was 50 people. The data analysis method used was the classical assumption test (t test, F test, R
Square, normality test, and multicorrelation test) and then analyzed using Multiple Regression Analysis with the help of the SPSS analysis program version 21.0.
The results showed that (1) the transformational leadership variable (X1) had a positive and significant effect toward the employee performance by 0.000 with a t value of 7.134. The Facility variable (X2) has a positive and significant
effect toward the employee performance of 0.004 with a t-count value of 3.075. Job Satisfaction Variable (X3) has a positive and significant effect toward employee performance of 0.018 with a t value of 2.448 (2) Transformational
leadership (X1) is the most dominant variable affects the employee performance with a value of 0.581 through beta test. The value of the coefficient of determination or R square is 0.840, which means that the independent / independent variable (X) which includes transformational leadership, facilities and satisfaction has contributed to the employee performance at the Library and Archives Office in Pinrang Regency by 84.0%, while the remaining 16.0% affected by other variables which is not included in this study.
