PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN,KOMPETENSI DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP EFEKTIFITAS KERJA APARAT PADA SEKRETARIAT DAERAH KABUPATEN BARRU

This study aims to discuss and analyze: 1) the effect of leadership on the effectiveness of work in the Barru District Secretariat, 2) 4) the effect of competence and work motivation together on the effectiveness of work in the
Barru District Secretariat, 5) the most dominant variable influencing The effectiveness of the work of the apparatus at the Barru District Secretariat.
This research uses quantitative research with 96 respondents as employees of the Barru Regency Secretariat. In this study, all research conducted by respondents.
Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques.
The results showed that: 1) Leadership was positively and significantly related to the work effectiveness of Barru Regency Secretariat apparatus, 2) Competence of positively and significantly related apparatuses to the work effectiveness of Barru District apparatus, 3) Apparatus work motivation which was significant to the work effectiveness of Regional Secretariat Officials Barru Regency, 4)
Leadership, competence and work motivation of officials are positively and significantly related to the work effectiveness of the Barru Regency Secretariat apparatus, 5) Competence determines the most dominant variable influencing the work effectiveness of Barru District Secretariat apparatus.
