Abstract

This study aims to determine Individual ability, Work Environment and Work Motivation partially influence on Job Satisfaction Employee Dinas Koperasi, UKM, Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Kabupaten Majene, to find out Individual
ability, Work Environment and Work Motivation simultaneously influence on Job Satisfaction Employee Dinas Koperasi, UKM, Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Kabupaten Majene, to find out the most dominant variable influencing on Job Satisfaction Employee Dinas Koperasi, UKM, Perdagangan dan Perindustrian
Kabupaten Majene.
This research was conducted in Dinas Koperasi, UKM, Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Kabupaten Majene, amounting to 50 people.Sampling in this study is with simple random sampling , by determining the entire population of 40 employees.
The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study concluded that: Partially Individual ability, Work Environment, and Work Motivation have a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction Employee Dinas Koperasi, UKM, Perdagangan dan Perindustrian
Kabupaten Majene.. Simultaneously shows that Individual ability, Work Environment and Work Motivation on Job Satisfaction. Work Motivation variable has a dominant
effect on Job Satisfaction Employee, this shows that all measurement indicators will directly affect on Job Satisfaction Employee Dinas Koperasi, UKM, Perdagangan
dan Perindustrian Kabupaten Majene.
