This study aims to (1) determine and analyze the effect of individual, workload, characteristics, and work environment partially and simultaneously (2) the most dominant variable affectsthe performance of employees at the Inspectorate of Parepare.
This study uses the survey method. The population in this study were all 42 employees at Inspectorate of Parepare. Sampling in this study used a saturated sampling technique (census) in which all populations in this study were
sampled. The sample used in this study was 42 people. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis.
The results showed that (1) there isa positive and significant effect toward individual characteristics, workload, and work environment partially toward the performance of employees at the Inspectorate of Parepare with t count value of 7.979, 4.887, 3.030,> t table –1,683and there were positive and significant effect of individual characteristics, workload, and work environment
simultaneously toward the performance of employees at the Inspectorate of Parepare with an F count of 29.144is greater than the F table = 2,84(2) individual characteristics variable is the most dominant variable affects theemployee
performanceatthe Inspectorate of Parepare with the greatest Beta value of 7.979.
