This study aims to provide an advice for the Head of the Tinambung District Office, Polewali Mandar Regency in managing human resources through the work environment, work discipline, and work supervision toward the employee productivity.
This study used a survey study that took a sample from a population and uses a questionnaire as the main data collection tool. The population in this study was
conducted using a saturated sampling technique (census) by determine all populations as a sample of 45 employees of the Tinambung District Office. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis techniques,The results show that the work environment and supervision variables have a
significant effect to ward the employee work productivity at the Tinambung District Office, Polewali Mandar Regency. The F test shows the independent/independent variable (X) which includes work environment, work discipline, and supervision
simultaneously affect the employee work productivity at the Tinambung District Office, PolewaliMandar Regency with the results of Fcount = 10.215 greater than F table = 3, 60 or Ho is rejected and Ha accepted.
