Abstract

Rahmat Baharuddin. 2020. The effect of Teacher Ability, Work Environment, Teacher Motivation and Principal's Leadership on the Effectiveness of Management of Public Elementary Schools in Sendana District, Majene Regency, supervised by Saban Echdar dan Fatmasari.
Research that aims to study and analyze to study the Teacher, Work Environment, Teacher Motivation and Principal's Leadership on the Effectiveness of the Management of Civil Elementary Schools in Sendana Subdistrict, Majene Regency.
The design of this study used survey research that took samples from one participant and used questionnaires as a primary data collection tool. The study was conducted at a Public Elementary School in Sendana District, Majene Regency. which denied 94 people. Population is a generalization area that consists of objects / subjects that have certain quantities and characteristics determined by researchers to be collected and then conclusions drawn.
The results showed that the teacher's motivation was positive and significant towards the performance of elementary school teachers in Pamboang District, Majene Regency. Related, the higher the teacher's work motivation (X3), the higher the teacher's performance (Y) will be. conversely, the lower the teacher's work motivation (X2), the lower the teacher's performance (Y) will be.
