This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of principal leadership, discipline, and motivation on the performance of School teachers in public elementary schools in Pamboang District, Majene Regency.
This research design uses survey research that takes samples from one population and uses questionnaires as the main data collection tool. The research was conducted at the State Elementary School in Pamboang District, Majene Regency. which amounted 94people.
The results showed that teacher work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of public elementary schools teacher in Pamboang District, Majene Regency. That is, the higher the teacher's work
motivation (X3), the higher the teacher's performance (Y) will be. conversely, the lower the teacher's work motivation (X3), the lower the teacher's performance (Y).
