Abstract

Rabiatul Hadwiyah. 2020. The Effect of Education, Training, Motivation, and Work Experience toward the District Staff Performnce in Paleteang District, Pinrang Regency,
supervised by H. Saban Echdar and Maryadi.
This research aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of education, training, motivation, and work experience toward the District Staff performance in Paleteang
District, Pinrang Regency (2) the most dominant variable affects the staff performance in Paleteang District, Pinrang Regency.
This research approach used a survey research that took a sample from a population and used a questionnaire as the main data collection tool. The location of this research was conducted in Paleteang District, Pinrang Regency from October to November 2019. The population in this study included all staff of Paleteang District, Pinrang Regency with 60 people. Sampling of this research was conducted using a saturated sampling technique (census), namely determining all populations and being sampled as many as 60 staff of Paleteang District, Pinrang Regency. The data analysis used was multiple regression analysis model.
The results show that (1) the quality of human resources which included education, training, motivation, and work experience simultaneously have a significant effect toward the District Staff performance in Paleteang District, Pinrang Regency with 0.639 or 63.9%. Based on the F test, it is obtained that Fcount = 24.306, with probability = 0.000 (α = 0, 05). This means that the higher the education, the higher the staff performance in Paleteang District, Pinrang Regency, thus training, motivation and work experience (2) Education is the most dominant variable affects the staff performance.
Based on the results of the t-test, the calculated value is 2.584, with profitability = 0.000 (α = 0, 05). This shows that the performance of district staff in Paleteang District, Pinrang Regency is very much determined by staff education background.
