Abstract

Husriya Damayanti. 2020. The Effect of Incentives, Organizational Climate, and Situational Leadership Style toward the Employee Job Satisfaction at the Ujung Subdistrict Office in Parepare, Supervised by Mashur Razak and Heri Sugeng Waluyo.
This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of incentives,organizational climate, and situational leadership style partially and simultaneously toward the employee job satisfaction (2) the most dominant variable affecting the employee job satisfaction at the Ujung District Office of Parepare City.
This study approach is a survey approach that was conducted at the Ujung Parepare District Office from October to November 2019. This study used a survey method. The population in this study were all employees of the Ujung Subdistrict Office in Parepare with 40 people. Sampling in this study using a saturated sampling technique (census) in which all the population in this study were being sampled. The sample used in this study were 40 people. The data analysis used was a Multiple Regression Analysis.
The results show that (1) incentives has a partial and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, organizational climate has no partial effect on employee
job satisfaction, and situational leadership style has no partial effect on employee job satisfaction. The provision of incentives, organizational climate and situational
leadership style simultaneously affect the employee job satisfaction (2) Incentive provision is the most dominant variable affecting the employee job satisfaction at the
Ujung Subdistrict Office in Parepare.
