Abstract

Nurhaeja. 2020. The Effect of Discipline, Motivation, and Individual Ability toward the Employee Productivity at the Agriculture Office in Mamasa Regency, supervised by Muhammad Idris and Maryadi.
This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of discipline, motivation, and individual abilities toward the Employee Work Productivity (2) the effect of Discipline, Motivation, and Individual Ability simultaneously toward the Employee Work Productivity (3) the most dominant variable affects the Work Productivity.
The sample selection in this study was implemented using a
saturated sampling method (census), where all populations were sampled as many as 49 employees. Data Analysis Using Multiple Regression Analysis.
The results show that (1) partially, discipline has a positive and significant effect on work productivity with a value of 3,432, motivation has a positive and significant effect on work productivity with a value of 2.329 and
individual ability has a positive and significant effect on work productivity with a value of 2.889 (2) simultaneously shows that Discipline, Motivation and Individual Ability have a positive and significant effect with a value of 23.809 (3) the most dominant variable affects the employee performance is the motivation variable with a beta value of 0.196.
