PENGARUH SUPERVISI BIMBINGAN KONSELING DAN SIKAP PROFESIONAL TERHADAP KINERJA GURU PEMBIMBING SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS DI KABUPATEN MAJENE

This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of supervision of counseling and professional attitude partially toward supervisor teacher performance of high school in Majene Regency (2) the effect of supervision of counseling and
professional attitude simultaneously toward supervisor teacher performance of high school in Majene Regency (3) the most dominant variable affects supervisor teacher performance of high school in Majene Regency.
This study was conducted at all high schools in Majene Regency. The sampling technique was saturated sampling (census), where the entire population was sampled as many as 40 supervisor teacher of High School in Majene Regency.
Data collection methods used were questionnaires and document study. The analytical method used was descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study conclude that (1) partially the supervision counseling variable has an effect toward supervisor teacher of high school (2) simultaneously
showing that the supervision counseling variable (X1) and professional attitude (X2) has an effect toward the performance of high school supervisors teacher in Majene Regency (Y) (3) supervision of counseling is the most dominant variable affecting the performance of high school supervisors teacher in Majene Regency.
