Abstract

Nilawati. 2020. The Effect of Education, Training, and Work Experience on Employee Performance at the Tinambung District Office, Polewali Mandar Regency, supervised by Ahmad Firman and Saripuddin D.
This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of education, training, and work experience on employee performance at the Tinambung sub-district office,
Polewali Mandar Regency (2) the most dominant variable influencing employee performance at the Tinambung sub-district office, Polewali Mandar Regency.
This study used a survey method with a population of 55 people using the saturated sample method, where all populations were sampled. Data analysis using multiple linear SPSS.
The results of this study indicate that (1) there is an effect of education, training, and work experience on employee performance at the Tinambung sub-district office in
Polewali Mandar Regency either partially or simultaneously (2) training is the most dominant variable that has an effect on employee performance.
