FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERPENGARUH TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS PELAYANAN PUBLIK PADA KANTOR KECAMATAN TINAMBUNG KABUPATEN POLEWALI MANDAR PROVINSI SULAWESI BARAT

This study aims to analyze and prove (1) the influence of the ability of the apparatus, service procedures and infrastructure partially or simultaneously on the
effectiveness of public services at the Tinambung District Office, Polewali Mandar Regency (2) the most dominant variable influencing the effectiveness of public services
at the Tinambung District Office Polewali Mandar Regency.
The type of research used in this research is a survey approach with correlational analysis techniques to determine between union variables and independent variables in this study. The population taken was the people of the
Tinambung District Office, Polewali Mandar Regency, totaling 149 people.
Researchers took samples using simple random sampling technique (simple random) by determining a sample of 50 people. The data analysis used was multiple regression
analysis.
The results showed that (1) there was an influence of the ability of the apparatus, service procedures and infrastructure partially or simultaneously on the
effectiveness of public services at the Tinambung District Office, Polewali Mandar Regency (2) facilities and infrastructure were the most dominant variables affecting
the effectiveness of services at the District Office. Continuous.
