This research aims to (1) determine and analyze work discipline, competence, and supervision partially and simultaneously (2) the dominant variables that affect the
increase in work productivity at the Inspectorate Office in Parepare.
This research used survey method and conducted at The Inspectorate of the Municipality of Parepare. The population in this study were all employees of The Inspectorate of the City of Parepare, as many as 40 people. Sampling in this study used a saturated sampling technique (census) in which all populations in this study were sampled. The sample used in this study was 40 people. Data analysis used regressive analysis.
The results show that (1) there is a positives and significant effect of work discipline, competence, and supervision partially toward the increase in employee
productivity at The Inspectorate Office in Parepare with tcount 9,816 > ttable 2,000 ,. tcount 4,618 > ttable 2,000 ,. And the value of tarithmetic 5,180 > t table 2,000, and there is a positive and significant effect of work, competence, and supervision simultaneously (together) to increase employee productivity at the Inspectorate Office by the results of Fcount are 506,227 greater than F table =
3.25 (2) work discipline is the most dominant variable affects the work productivity of the Inspectorate Office in Parepare employees with the greatest beta value of 0, 421.
