Abstract

Henra Rizal. 2020. The Effect of Competence, Training and leadership on Employee Performance of Bappeda Jeneponto Regency, supervised by Muhammad Idris and Syamsul Alam.
This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of competence, training and leadership partially on the employee performance of Bappeda Jeneponto Regency (2) the effect of competence, training and leadership simultaneously on the
performance of Bappeda Jeneponto Regency employees (3) the most influencing variables on the performance of Bappeda employees. Jeneponto Regency.
This research was conducted at Bappeda Jeneponto Regency. The sample was determined by using saturated sampling technique (census), which was as many as 65 employees. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study conclude that: Partially it shows that the competency, training and leadership variables have an effect on employee performance, this indicates that the higher the competence, training and leadership, the better the employee performance. Bappeda Jeneponto Regency which means that increased competence, training, and leadership will affect the increase in employee performance by. The dominant variable that affects employee performance is competence, this means that the increase in knowledge, skills and attitudes of employees will further encourage the improvement of employee performance at Bappeda Jeneponto Regency.
