This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of academic supervision, pedagogic competence and performance partially and simultaneously on the work performance of teachers at SMP Negeri 6 Kalukku, Mamuju Regency, and the
variables that have the most influence on the performance of teachers at SMP Negeri 6 Kalukku, Mamuju Regency.
This research was conducted using inferential descriptive research procedures to examine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. Place of research at SMP Negeri 6 Kalukku, Mamuju Regency. The research was conducted from December 2019 to February 2020. The population in this study was SMP Negeri 6 Kalukku, Mamuju Regency, with 31 teachers. The sample was determined
by a saturated sampling technique (census), where all the population was sampled as many as 31 teachers of SMP Negeri 6 Kalukku, Mamuju Regency. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis (multiple regression analysis).
The results showed that: academic supervision, pedagogic competence and teacher performance had a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on the
work performance of teachers at SMP Negeri 6 Kalukku, Mamuju Regency, and the teacher's performance had the most dominant influence on the work performance of the teachers at SMP Negeri 6 Kalukku, Mamuju Regency.
