This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment, information technology and rewards partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees at the Information and Communication Office of Pinrang Regency, as well as the most dominant variable influencing the performance of employees at the Information and Communication Office at Pinrang Regency.
The research approach is a survey approach. The study was conducted at the Information and Communication Office of Pinrang Regency. The time of the study is October to November 2019. This study uses a survey method. The population in this study were all employees of the Information and Communication Office of Pinrang Regency,
totaling 44 people. Sampling in this study used a saturated sampling technique (census) in which all populations in this study were sampled. The sample used in this study was 44
people. Analysis of the data used is Multiple Regression Analysis.
The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence of the work environment, information technology and rewards partially and simultaneously on the performance of the Information and Communication Service Office of Pinrang Regency, as well as the most dominant work environment variables affecting the performance of employees at the Information and Communication Office in Pinrang District.
