Abstract

Bungawali. 2020. The Effect of Motivation, Career Development, and Job Satisfaction toward the Employee Performance at the Regional Secretariat in Pinrang Regency, supervised by Muhammad Idris and Syamsul Alam.
This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of motivation, career development, and job satisfaction partially and simultaneously toward the the employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Pinrang Regency (2) the most dominant variable affects the employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Pinrang Regency.
The study approach was a survey approach and conducted at the Regional Secretariat of Pinrang Regency from October to November 2019. This study used a survey method. The population in the study were all 105 employees at the
Regional Secretariat of Pinrang Regency. The sampling technique used in this study was a simple random sampling (random) to take the samples randomly of 153 employee respondents at the Regional Secretariat of Pinrang Regency. The data analysis used was Multiple Regression Analysis.
The results show that (1) there is a positive and significant effect on motivation, career development, and job satisfaction partially and simultaneously toward the employee performance at the Regional Secretariat in Pinrang Regency (2) motivation is the most dominant variable affects the employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Pinrang Regency.
