Abstract

Benih Mohammad Nur Tuanaya. 2020. The Effect of Discipline, Organizational Culture and Leadership toward the Employee Performance at BP2IP Barombong, supervised by Masdar Mas'ud and Muh. Said.
This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of work discipline, work culture, and leadership of the head of BP2IP Barombong simultaneously toward the performance of employees at the Barombong Education and Training Center (BP2IP) (2) the effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Education Center and Shipping Science Training (BP2IP) Barombong (3) the effect of work culture toward the performance of employees at the Barombong Education and Training Center (BP2IP) (4) the effect of the leadership of the head of BP2IP Barombong on employee
performance at the Barombong Education and Training Center .
The study was conducted at the Barombong Education and Training Center for Sailing (BP2IP) for 3 months. This study is a quantitative study and the sample determination was applied by proportionate random sampling which resulted in 86 employees at the Barombong Training and Education Center for Shipping Science (BP2IP). The data collection methods used were questionnaires and document studies.
The analytical method used was a descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study show that (1) the discipline of work culture and leadership simultaneously have a significant positive effect toward the performance of
employees at the Barombong Training and Education Center for Shipping Science (BP2IP). This means that the better the discipline, work culture, and leadership at the
Barombong shipping science education and training center (BP2IP), the better the employee performance at the Barombong Education and Training Center (BP2IP) (2)
work discipline has a significant positive effect toward employee performance at the Balai Shipping Science Education and Training (BP2IP) in Barong. This means that good work discipline can improve the performance of employees at the Barombong Education and Training Center (BP2IP) (3) work culture has a positive and significant effect toward the performance of employees at the Barombong Shipping Science
Education and Training Center (BP2IP). This means that a good work culture can improve the performance of employees at the Barombong Education and Training Center (BP2IP) (4) The leadership of the head of BP2IP Barombong has a significant positive effect toward the performance of employees at the Barombong Shipping Science and Training Center (BP2IP). This means that the good leadership of the head of BP2IP Barombong can improve the performance of employees at the Barombong Education and Training Center for Shipping Science (BP2IP).
