PENGARUH ANALISIS JABATAN, BEBAN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI TERHADAP PEMBINAAN KARIR APARATUR SIPIL NEGARA PADA INSPEKTORAT KABUPATEN BARRU

The study aims to determine and analyze the analyze the effect of job analysis, workload, and achievement motivation partially and simultaneously toward career development at the state Civil Apparatus Inspectorate in Barru Regency.
The design of this study used survey research that took samples from one population and uses questionnaires as a primary data collection tool. The study was conducted at the State Civil Apparatus Inspectorate in Barru Regency from
October to November 2019. The pupulation in this study were 34 ASN Inspectorate in Barru Regency. Sampling in this study was using sampling technique saturated (census) by determining all populations sampled as many as 34 people ASN at Inspectorate of Barru Regency. Data analysis uses Multiple Regression Analysis.
The results of study indicate that : (1) Job analysis and achievement motivation have no partial effect toward career development at the State Civil Apparatus Inspectorate in the Barru Regency, while the Workload has a significant effect toward career development at the State Civil Apparatus
Inspectorate in Barru Regency, (2) Job analysis, workload, and achievement Motivation simultaneously have a significant effect toward career development at the State Civil Apparatuses Inspectorate in Barru Regency.
