This research aimed to analyse the influence of competence,work motivation and situational leadership of principal to the performance of teachers, both partially and simultaneously and the most dominant variable affected the
teacher's performance at state of junior high school in East Banggae district of Majene regency.
Research time was conducted for 2 months in October to November 2019.
This research is a qualitative and quantitative mix method because this research uses a survey method with the technical analysis technique. The population of this
research is all junior high school teachers in East Banggae district of Majene regency about 132 teachers. The sample of this research was 57 teachers. Sample of this research used probability sampling; simple random sampling with
insindental technique by choosing teachers delegation from 4 schools how have characteristics tend to homogeneus seen from some school accreditations were SMPN 2 Majene, SMPN 3 Majene, SMPN 4 Majene and SMPN 5 Majene, with accredited A. The analysis of the data used is Multiple Regression Analysis.
The results of this research showed that competence value of 0,509 (50,90%), Work motivation value of 0,367 (36,70%) and situational leadership of the principal value of 0,424 (42,40%) were partially and simultaneously influencial value of 0,721 (72,10%). The competence has the most dominant
influence on the teacher's performance at the state of Junior high School in the East Banggae district of Majene regency.
