Abstract

Andi Anggreyani. 2020. The Effect of Leadership, Competence, and Motivation toward the Employee Performance at Watang Sawitto District in Pinrang Regency, supervised by Saban Echdar and Maryadi.
This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of leadership, competence, and motivation partially and simultaneously toward employee performance at Watang Sawitto Subdistrict in Pinrang Regency (2) the most dominant variable affecting employee performance at Watang Sawitto Subdistrict in Pinrang Regency.
The study approach was a survey study. The study was conducted in the Watang Sawitto Subdistrict in Pinrang from October to November 2019. This study used a survey method. The population in this study were all employees of Watang
Sawitto Subdistrict in Pinrang Regency as many as 40 people. Sampling in this study used a saturated sampling technique (census) in which all populations in this study were sampled. The sample used in this study was 40 people. Analysis of the data used was multiple regression analysis (Multiple Regression Analysis).
The results show that (1) there is a positive and significant effect of leadership, competence, and motivation partially and simultaneously toward the performance of Watang Sawitto District employees in Pinrang Regency (2)
leadership is the most dominant variable affecting employee performance in Watang Sawitto District in Pinrang Regency
