PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA, SIKAP DAN PERILAKU ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA ASN DINAS PERIKANAN KABUPATEN PANGKEP

ABU. Work motivation, attitudes and organizational behavior towards the performance of the civil apparatus of the Pangkep Regency Fisheries Service (Guided by H.Mashur Razak and H.Muhammad Hidayat).This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, attitudes and organizational behavior of the Civil Service of the Pangkep Regency Fisheries Department.
This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The type of research is associative explanatory. The research was conducted in Pangkep Regency.
The population is all State Civil Apparatus and Freelance Personnel in the Fisheries Office of Pangkep Regency. Penitian samples were obtained by census technique that
is taking a population of 45 employees. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis techniques and regression analysis to determine the description and influence between variables. This study uses three independent variables, namely the effect of work motivation (X1), attitude (X2),Organizational behavior (X3), while the Bound variable is the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus. (Y).
The results showed that education and training influence the influence of work motivation, attitudes and organizational behavior on the performance of the fisheries service ASN. Regression analysis results show a significant influence
between independent variables, namely: Effect of Work Motivation (X1), Attitude (X2), Organizational Behavior (X3), with dependent variables namely ASN Performance (Y). The biggest influence occurs on the variable of Work Motivation, (X1) actually 4,15 Followed by attitude (X2) 4,42, and the smallest is the Organizational Behavior Variable (X3) 3,92, simulatally there is a significant and
positive influence between the effect of work motivation, Attitudes and Organizational Behavior of ASN of the Pangkep District Fisheries Service 48,9 % while the rest of 51,1% is influenced by other factors that are not the object of
research.
