Abstract

Haidir. 2020. The Effect of Individual Ability, Work Environment and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance of Balanipa District Office, Polewali Mandar
Regency, supervised by Maryadi and Asri.
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of individual abilities, work environment, and organizational commitment individually and collectively on the performance of employees at the Balanipa District Office, Polewali Mandar Regency.
This research design uses survey research that takes a sample from one population and uses a questionnaire as the main data collection tool. The research was conducted at the Balanipa District Office, Polewali Mandar Regency. The research period was from October to November 2019. The population in the study were all employees of the Balanipa District Office, Polewali Mandar Regency, totaling 65 people. The sampling technique used in this study was census sampling or saturated samples, that is, the sample size represents all populations. The number of samples in this study were 65 respondents. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis (multiple regression analysis) The results showed that there was an influence between individual ability, work environment and organizational commitment individually and collectively on the performance of the employees of the Balanipa District Office, Polewali Mandar Regency, and the organizational commitment variable that had the most dominant influence on the performance of the employees of the Balanipa District Office, Polewali Mandar Regency.
