This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of competence, leadership, work motivation and organizational culture toward the performance of teachers at Vocational School Limboro in Polewali Mandar Regency.
The research approach used was a quantitative approach and survey method, which emphasizes testing hypotheses. The Population in this research were all teachers of Limboro State Vocational School in Polewali Mandar Regency with 34 teachers.
Sampling in this research used a saturated sampling technique (census) by determining the entire population to be sampled as many as 34 teachers from the Limboro State
Vocational School in Polewali Mandar Regency. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis.
The results of the study indicate that there is a positive and signinificant effect between competence, leadership, work motivation, and organizational culture toward teacher performance in Vocational School Limboro District in Polewali Mandar.
