This study examines (1) the effect of convenience, benefits, and risks partially and simultaneously (2) the most dominant variables on customer decisions.
This research method uses quantitative data obtained from questionnaires (Primary) by taking respondents as many as 100 customers of the Bank Mandiri Makassar branch. Analysis of the data used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS 25 and using Validity, Reliability, Classical Assumptions, Hypotheses, Tests, and Coefficient of Determination.
On the validity and reliability test results, all statements in the questionnaire are declared valid and reliable to be included in the next test. Based on the T-Test
(Partial), Ease, Benefits, and Risks partially have a positive and significant effect.
The F (Simultaneous) Test of Ease, Benefits, and Risks also has a positive and significant impact on Customer Decisions at Bank Mandiri Makassar branch. In the Coefficient of Determination, Test results obtained R square the influence of Bank Mandiri Customer Decisions by the variables of Ease, Benefits, and Risks. The most dominant variable influencing the decisions of customers of the Bank Mandiri Makassar branch is the Benefit variable.
